Upon acceptance, manuscripts are instantly published with free online open-access, allowing users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the entire texts, thereby expanding the reach to a large audience.
You can access the previous editions 2019 – 2025 (01-11 Editions) at IHMA official website: IHM Journals
The whole process is supported by our experienced in-house peer review team. The team upholds and ensures high quality standards for manuscripts and the review itself, certifying the quality, scientific rigor, and validity of articles and promoting a constructive discussion among authors, reviewers, and editors.
IJHM EDITORIAL PROCESS
The two primary steps of the pre-screening stage are;
- 1. An editorial pre-check conducted by an editor with the manuscript adhering to high-quality research and ethical norms received by the Editorial Office.
- 2. The academic editor will evaluate the submission's appropriateness for the journal's scope during the editorial preliminary review phase. They will also evaluate the manuscript's overall scientific soundness, including the accuracy of the applied methodology and the relevance of the references. Instead of rejecting any paper, academic editors ask for amendments prior to peer review in order to promote research to be resubmitted for acceptance in the interest of the research community.
- • Before sending the article to the Editor-in-Chief, the IJHM editorial team will ask the author to make any necessary adjustments, no matter how small or large. Before making a judgment regarding revisions, the academic editor is consulted when there are conflicting review reports or when there are one or more rejection recommendations.
- • After completing thorough edits, authors may decide to resubmit their work to the same journal for manuscripts complied with the considerable adjustments. The Journal may accept time-bound submissions of revised manuscripts.
- • The Editors-in-Chief or academic editors are able to disagree with the recommendations made during the review process. If they do, they ought to provide an explanation for their choice for the benefit of the reviewers and authors.
- • The processing of their own academic work is not a responsibility of IHMA employees or members of the IJHM Editorial Board, including Editors-in-Chief. Other members of the Editorial Board who are not in conflict with the authors make the decisions. Occasionally a reviewer's suggestion to reject a paper is supported by an academic editor's choice to accept it.
- • In adherence to the aforementioned standards and principles, the authors should provide a detailed explanation of any inconsistencies.
