Established in 1972, the Institute of Hotel Management, Ahmedabad at Gandhinagar (An Autonomous Body under the Ministry of Tourism, Govt. of India) continues its legacy of shaping the future of global hospitality. This year, our B.Sc. (Hospitality & Hotel Administration) students have truly transitioned from learning to leading, cementing our standing as a premier hub for cultivating world-class hospitality talent.

Our comprehensive placement architecture bridges ambitious talent with stellar corporate partnerships, resulting in exceptional milestones this year:

  • 100% Placement Achievement: We achieved full placement success for all students actively participating in the campus drive.
  • Abundant Job Opportunities: For the 95 students who registered for the campus placement process, an astonishing 218 total jobs were offered. This brings our placement percentage relative to total jobs offered to a stellar 229%.
  • Leadership Roles from Day One: Our industry partners continue to place immense trust in our rigorous training. Out of the 95 placed students, 78 achieved prestigious Management Trainee (MT) positions (82.10%), while 2 students stepped into Executive or Supervisory Trainee roles (2.10%). The remaining 15 students secured strong operational-level placements (15.78%).
  • Premium Remuneration Packages:
    Highest Package Offered: ₹5.15 Lakh Per Annum (~₹42,916 per month).
    Average Package Offered: ₹3.50 Lakh Per Annum (~₹29,196 per month).
