Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad invites application for the following courses :

Admission for 3 year B.Sc.in Hospitality and Hotel Administration Program is carried out on All India basis by National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology, Pusa, New Delhi. The eligible candidates are required to resister themselves for an All India Written Joint Entrance examination (JEE) held at various Centers throughout the Country. The Announcement regarding this examination features in all leading newspapers of the Country (Employment News) in December- January. The examination is normally held in April/May each year. An objective type written examination in English and Hindi to test the candidates in:

		Reasoning and Logical deductions
		Numerical ability & Scientific aptitude
		General Knowledge and
		English language
		Prepare merit list

The final selection is on the basis of the overall performance in Written Entrance Examination and the options of IHM, which the candidate wants to take.

Courses other than three year Degree Program, admission notice inviting application in all leading Newspaper of Gujarat and publicized though Doordarshan, All India Radio ect. In the month of May / June every year. The final selection is based on marks obtained at qualifying examinations/interviews.

Institute of Hotel Management Ahmedabad invites application for the following courses :

01. Certificate in Air Hostess / Cabin Crew programme (Affiliations to G.C.V.T.)

Total intake : 30 nos
Duration : 3 months w.e.f June 2007
Sale of prospectus : Rs.500 /- from Monday 26-02-2007 onwards
Last date for receipt of application : 25-05-2007 (Friday)
Medium of instruction : English
Eligibility : 12th pass ( Graduates will be preferred ) with fluency in English
Age : 18 to 23 yrs (as on 31st May 2007)
Height : 162 cms (Female ) and 172 cms (Male)

Last date for receipt of application : 15-06-2007 (Friday)
Medium of instruction : English
Eligibility : Graduates ( pref.English medium)
Age : Max. 25 yrs. as on 1st July 2007

Class timing:
From 9 a.m. till 5:30 p.m. for five days (Monday - Friday) a week.

Examinations:
The All India Examination for 3 years Degree in Hotel & Hospitality Administration is conducted by the National Council for Hotel Management and catering technology, New Delhi in March / April every year.

Examination for Diploma in Food Production is conducted by National Council of Hotel Management, Pusa, New-Delhi, in the month of April / May every year. The Institute conducts its midterm examination for each course in January.

Hostel Facility:
Available for all boys of First Year, and girls of all the three years.
